From the inside though, there is a strong connection and focus between each other and the audience. The lyric movements of the shows are evened out by the rigor of the firejuggler accessories.

Our company has a ten-year history and can be rightfully called the most dinamically improving fire dance group of Hungary. Special stage attractions and cold-spark fireworks are presented at our shows with an ever expanding number of perks and equipment. We put a strong focus on security alongside the artistic quality of the performances, heavy stage presence and spectacular coreographies combined with juggler techniques. The leaders of our company have all the necessairy fire security qualifications for handling pyrotechnical devices.

Who was Aserdus?

„Nomen Est Omen” - The Name oblige

Who was Aserdus?
Aserdus is the mother and fertility goddess of the Hittite religion. She was the wife of Elkhunz, the Creator of the Earth. The first trace of her honor is found in the mythological tables of “Aserdus and God of Storm” around the 1950s.
Several versions of the myth have spread to the ancient East.
In the Hittite epic, Aserdus plays a seductive role but she is refused. She wants the God of Storm but he doesn't want to be with her. Aserdus wants his love so much that she threatens to "ruin him through her words" - if he does not fulfill her wishes.
But the God of Storm let’s her husband know about her stubborn desire. Elkinursa tells him to feel free to threaten his wife. Her 77 sons are killed after this advice and she is terrified. Our Goddess cries for seven years causing seven drought years on earth.
With a typical Eastern mythological turn, the sorrow of Aserdus reconciles Elkinursa and finally punishes the God of Storm: he closes him to the Underworld. The ending of the epic is unknown.

This is a myth about the encounter of the elements, male-female games and the struggle for desires. Our dancers could hardly be represented better than this goddess who is a symbol of fertility, longing, love and of course the ancient element of fire.
